Born and raised in Sacramento, California. Music has always been key throughout his life, at a very a young age had aspirations of being a radio host for a radio station someday. In 2000, his father passed away and Immediately TiLT turned to music and sports, giving him hope and confidence to one day give back to his mother for all the years she put in raising him as a single parent. In 2008 he was introduced to Fl studio by his best friend and older cousins who were also doing music at the time.
TiLT has been producing for over 12 years now. Making his mark in the Bay Area scene producing for legendary artists such as Iamsu!, P-Lo, K00L John, YuckMouth, C-Bo, C.M.L, The Gatlin, Lil Boosie, Baby Bash, and many more.
In 2013 he joined with the local rap group KeepitSoSolid whose sound was a perfect fit for the movement they were going for. Since then he’s been making a name for himself around Northern California making it to Thizzler consistently as well as other music websites and blogs.
After more than a decade spent catering to the sound of other rappers and building a buzz regionally, he has now decided to explore the market not only as a producer, but as an artist/songwriter. Now as an artist he goes by the acronym TiLT, which is short for his well known producer name TeoiLikeThis.
