His leadership reflects a deep understanding of artist challenges, fueling the company’s commitment to transparency, development, and long-term growth and Devon Harvey, known artistically as Celtixx, is Co-Founder and Co-President. A charting Tulsa-based rapper and marketing strategist, Celtixx brings a modern, data-driven approach to promotion and branding.
