Pourtash is back at it again with his new single “Lost Our Chance” after have working with Professional skateboarder “Danny Way” who has been managing him since he was 18. 25 year old professional skateboarder, singer, songwriter and Pop/Punk Skate star, Jon Julian Pourtash grew up in Encinitas, California and made his name at a young age becoming a name in the Skate industry getting his first sponsor at 13 years old, Since a young child he has pursued music and skateboarding.
He made his professional recording debut when he was 17 years old, releasing his first EP “Rudeboy” with the help of Danny Way and Noteventanner. The young artist has delivered over a dozen singles and EPs. In that time he has worked big names such as “Brennan Savage, Danny Way, Spray Allen , and Eric Wilson from Sublime.” Right now he is on his way to dropping a new project with the legendary members of Sublimes’ new band “Spray Allen” soon to drop early 2023. In his latest single you’ll find cameos of legendary surfer “Bruce Irons” , brother of “Andy Irons” who passed away years back from an unfortunate overdose. The consistency and connections Jon Julian has acquired over his short time being a name is this industry is nothing other what only a star could accomplish.
When I spoke to him he says he owes it all to his team and the influences he grew up around such as the very well known Alternative punk emo artist “Lil Peep” which was Julian’s very first friend who made it in the music industry. As far as we see it , Jon Julian is a force to be reckoned with and we will definitely be seeing more music projects/ videos with crazy production and cameos in 2023!
