Recording rapper Bsco teams up with the Minnesota Feed My Starving Children feeding organization to feed kids in countries suffering from food shortages. He has currently taken to Instagram, letting it be known that more hip-hop artists should start giving back to their community as much as possible.
Chicago rapper Bsco has quickly started to make a name for himself in the music industry, where he has already gained major co-signs on his rise to fame from artist to huge blogger outlet. Even creating headlines in the state of Minnesota where he currently resides and is dropping electrifying music videos.
We got to ask Bsco more about his background and how he got to where he’s at today?
While I was born in Chicago, where I was raised, I then moved to Minnesota for more opportunities at work and business ventures. Truthfully, I will always love my hometown, but sometimes you have to understand how things might just be saturated. The market in the music industry has so many artists with amazing talent that have been doing music for years. Wanted to fill an untapped market in the music world and I truly felt Minnesota was that market, with me gaining so much love for only dropping a couple projects, but being a community factor I feel plays a major part.
We asked rapper Bsco more about upcoming projects and work out currently?
I have currently got two major projects called “Mr. Scrooge” and “Sheesh.” They’ve been gaining state and out-of-state recognition and even some approval from the industry. I’ve been taking everything with a grain of salt, as music was never a passion of my mind until now. When you’re getting so much love and attention from just trying something that you did as a kid or family members did around you and now, and it has become a full-time job, it is truly life-changing and unexpected.
What does the future holds for you in the next couple of years?
Well, I’m currently working on an EP and have a major catalog of tons of singles and feature tracks. Truthfully, just look into growing every single day and keep reaching for the stars in the music world. Stars is the limit, so many big names have reached so high, I just want to make my name have a mark in the music world and go on for a long time.
