Michael Ross Catania is an emerging independent music producer and composer making his solo professional recording debut in 2023. Although he is new to the streaming scene, the veteran creator’s musical journey started over twenty years ago. A native of the Philadelphia suburbs, in his twenties Michael Ross Catania performed with a number of popular artists in and around his hometown’s legendary club scene. Catania is also an inventor who currently holds 35 patents. Personal responsibilities put his music career on hold for a few years in his thirties. But now he’s back, and just dropped a brand-new single.
“I Love You Girl” is the debut single from Michael Ross Catania, released worldwide via all major streaming services on February 6, 2023. Percussive electronic arpeggios and ambient synths open the track. Featured vocalist Solaria steps to the mic for a soulful love dedication. Soon the beat drops on an infectious electro-pop infused house groove. As the song progresses the mix expands to a cinematic disco vibe.
